Based on an original watercolor in the Blue Notes series, "Blue Notes No. 2" makes reference both to the energy of Mid-Century Abstraction as well as Chinese and Japanese calligraphy and brush painting. Bold primary colors mingle with greys, salmon pinks, and watery blues for a dynamic yet calming piece.
Printed on 100% Cotton Archival watercolor paper on a top-of-the-line 12-ink Giclée printer.
This Framed print is mounted in a custom made frame using our Natural Wood moulding. This frame has a slightly wider face of 1" and a depth of 13/16". Due to the shallow profile of this frame, the print will be matted with a white mat instead of floated.
Please note: Framed versions currently take 3 – 4 weeks to produce.
