Magnificent bronze okimono with brown patina representing a roaring tiger.
The feline's skin is rendered in great detail and with distinct techniques, including hidden parts, notably the underside of the belly where the artist's signature is located. The eyes are inlaid with glass.
Signed "Mitsumoto Saku", which means "made by Mitsumoto".
