Condition is consistent with age and use with minor dings, dents, scratches, discolorations, staining and marks, finish loss, natural wood antiquing or splitting. The distressed paintjob covers virtually all issues except on the top surface which is more exposed and has a water stain and a mark or 2. The top drawer catches / can be very difficult to open. It needs to have some oil or grease applied to the wood joints underneath - or to slightly shave the wood joint to smoothen the motion, which is super simple anyone can do it with a little sandpaper in their hand.
