Charming vintage ceramic wall clock in hand painted faience by husband and wife team, Claude and Slavik Palley. The duo were based out of Ivy-Sur-Seine, France and were exclusively represented by Pierre Deaux through the 70's and 80's.
The round clock is adorned with painted scalloped shaped handles on the top and bottom of face. A bright white background throughout, and contrasted with a sweet landscape of sheep grazing amongst trees under a cobalt blue sky. The clock is signed Palley at base and dated 1970 on the back. Palley products are quite difficult to find these days.
