This pair of "Spartan" chairs went with a table dated 1955. They are both in very good overall condition for their 69 years. The chromed metal parts are much better than average for the age with a gleaming finish, no damage or corrosion and relatively few scratches present. Aside from some faint pitting in a couple areas, the chrome looks nice top to bottom. The Vinyl is also in above average condition. There is no damage to the seats or backrests, and there is relatively little wear present. The hog hair and horse main cushioning is a little lumpy on one seat, and the other is fine. The only other thing found to point out is that one of the seats sits back a little more than the other, revealing more of the frame in the front. This can be rectified by removing the seat and screwing it back on where you want it to sit. The bottom is good overall, with the cardboard intact, and the feet are original. There is some wear, but on the whole they are good. Both chairs are solid with no wobbling, and they sit level on the floor. The cushions will be removed for shipping, and are easy to reinstall with a few screws. Please see the pictures for further details.
