Offered is a fabulous Swiss made table top grill serving set made by SIGG in the 1960s. It includes an enamel on steel base in a bright saffron/Spanish Orange color, and a black ribbed grill platter with handles that appears to be unused. It does not include the burner base cup but these are easily found sold separately. A fondue base burner is generally universal and uses many types rechaud/heating oils such as fire-gel or alcohol burners. The base has 3 mushroom shaped cut out vents for easy access to the burner, and the bottom has 3 carved out prongs that serve as rests for the burner. The base has a ledge inside that supports the grill plate and makes it easy to remove and clean. There are 3 rubber cone shaped feet to support the base and protect your table. We have a soft spot for "Raclette", the French term for a meal served at a table top grill. These are well known in the French and Swiss Alps, and restaurants that serve this feast bring raw cuts of meat and vegetables to the table for you to prepare to your liking. And for fun, it includes the original packaging paper protective cover, which includes instructions in French, German, Italian, and English.
