The handles are nylon and are topped with a nicely polished satin finish steel.. most pieces seem to have been never used with only about five or six showing very minor defects. Rare to find the set in any condition very rare to find it in this excellent condition. The set includes 10 dinner forks, 9 tablespoons 6 teaspoons eight salad forks, eight dinner knives and two serving pieces.. See less
