Each with shaped crest scarves with shells and … Read more A fine and rare pair of Eighteenth Century Portuguese walnut slipper chairs. Each with shaped crest scarves with shells and scrolls. The backs are solid above upholstered slip seats. The chair has front and rear cabriole legs joined by flat stretchers. The front legs and front rail are carved with shells and scrolled vines. Condition is very good. Circa: 1750. Dimensions: Height 37”, Depth 16.5”, Width 20”, Seat Height 15”. See less
