Crafted with precision, the stools feature a sturdy blondy ash frame, boasting four straight, thick legs elegantly connected by horizontal slats. The detail that I like most about these mid-20th century stools is precisely in the joints of the wood with which the horizontal slats join with the massive ash legs. Functionality with aesthetic appeal, these stools are very reminiscent of the work done by Charlotte Perriand in the Derdogne series for Robert Sentou that enhances the simplicity and elegance of rustic country and mountain furniture. The stools are in original vintage condition, thoroughly cleaned and polished with a protective wax, they show minimal signs of use and time. See less
