Prendoni Attilio Sculpture of a Little Girl in Marble signed near the base, represents a little girl with a shy attitude, her face lowered, her hands resting on her light dress, leaning against a low wall, with her hair tied in a bow.
Attilio Prendoni (Milan 1874-1942) was an important Italian sculptor, he was a representative of the Milanese school of scapigliatura. He participated in several international exhibitions including in 1904 at the “Italian Exhibition Earl's Court” in London, organized by the Italian Chamber of Commerce in London.
The state of conservation of this Decò sculpture of a girl carved in white Carrara marble is excellent. This piece has an attribution mark,
