This armchair was designed in 1947 by charlotte perriand for the méribel les allues ski resort and for the hotel doron, one of the first chalet-hotels. The french designer was one of the first to take an interest in the relationship between humans and the surrounding environment, seeking out natural materials to use in her projects. The outdoor armchair can be paired with the table à plateau interchangeable, by charlotte perriand. Padding polyurethane foam. Base solid ash or canaletto walnut.
