The telephone is made of a cast brass metal body with a painted gold tone and ivory resin handset. The handset is mounted on top of the elephant's back. The brass rotary dial features a faded scene of an Asian village. The standing elephant with its trunk raised, has one foot on the ball shaped dial. It definitely has a commanding presence. This is just plain FUN!
Recommended for decorative purposes only. Untested if it works, however, does have original phone cord attached.
