Hand worked wooden bookends of figures on tropical wood bases that overlook round wooden spheres. The torso figures are a male and a female carved in an ancient Mesoamerican style. The pieces are attached to the bases by slot head screws. The wood has striated pattern.
The front of the base of the female bookend is marked “Costa Rica” in white.
MEASUREMENTS
