Designed by the American architect and designer Warren Platner, the Platner table is part of the homonymous collection for Knoll. Its structure is built with metal rods shaped vertically and horizontally and treated with nickel plating and a transparent protective finish, the top is in transparent glass with beveled edges.
The Platner table has an elegant and harmonious design and was skilfully designed in 1962 and is still a contemporary table today. The six armchairs, used as dining chairs, were created by welding curved steel bars to circular and semicircular frames that make up the structure of the chairs.
