This 10x14 contemporary rug is an exciting new addition to Rug & Kilim’s Scandinavian rug collection—a new line of flatweaves, made with a luxurious blend of handwoven wool and exotic yarns inspired by Alpaca.
On the Design:
This design enjoys geometric patterns inspired by Rya and Rollakan rugs of the Swedish minimalist style, underscored by a play of light pink, cream white, beige and sage green tones. Admirers of the craft and keen eyes will further appreciate this as an especially soft new flatweave, with a particularly smooth texture inherent to the exotic yarns—drawing on the look and feel of Alpaca rugs, as nuanced and alluring to the touch as the warm, creamy colors are to the eye.
