It is Cartouche form. It measures 61 inches tall and 38 inches wide. A piece of the wood broke on the mirror and needs to be professionally put back on. The break was clean though so it is fixable. Please see photos for the details of the piece at the top of the mirror. A truly fabulous mirror for any decor. The price if it didn't require the repair would be around $6000. less
