Pine sideboard with generations of use revealed in the wear and distress to the original painted finish. Shades of both blue and underlayer of green are seen, which has been greatly distressed revealing the natural pine wood below. Interior is natural pine as well.
Eight functional drawers and two cabinet doors with chicken wire allow for great storage.
Restored, this cabinet is solid and stable, and ready for use. If client chose to paint the back (as it is currently not free-standing) this would make a delightful kitchen island as well.
All wear, distress, cracks, age-related separation of planks, etc. are all expected in an item of this age and years of use.
