This piece was made in Hexham (England) during the first half of the 19th century.
The case is quite gorgeous. The hood has a nice design with carved features. The mid section has nice flamed mahogany detailing.
The casing is complimented by a hand painted dial with gorgeous scenery.
The movement is an 8 day time and (bell) strike with a visible second hand.
