It has a frame made of oak … Read more A late 19th century Sutherland table made in England during the Edwardian period. It has a frame made of oak with a figured walnut top. It is in very good condition, retaining its original finish. The table is named after the close friend of Queen Victoria, Harriet, the Duchess of Sutherland who first had these dropleaf tables made with a narrow fixed top and deep leaves. Dimensions below are with both leave open, with both leaves closed the width of the table is 11.75”. See less
