Introducing a stunning, Danish-made six-drawer writer's desk constructed from a mix of solid and veneered Burmese teak. Petite in stature this ultra-functional desk packs so much practicality in a small package with six drawers (one large on the left side, four smaller on the right and a hidden drawer hung under the center).
This extraordinary writer's desk has recently undergone a partial restoration featuring new, custom-welded fasteners to secure the "floating box" design. The desk top and frame are in stunning original condition and show only minor wear such as nicks and surface scratches (the worst of which can be seen in the detail photos provided). With that said this desk is a marvelous time piece with variegated woodgrains that are truly mesmerizing in natural light.
With it's intricately carved handles, superb joinery and stunning use of solid and matchbook veneered teak this splendid desk is a testament to Danish design and craftsmanship. Perfect for designers and collectors alike who are limited in space but unwilling to compromise on style and functionality this petite desk is ideal for apartments, studios and home offices. Make it yours today and elevate your office's aesthetics to new heights.

The desk top and frame are in stunning original condition and show only minor wear such as nicks and surface scratches (the worst of which can be seen in the detail photos and natural light video provided). With that said this desk is a marvelous time piece with variegated woodgrains that are truly mesmerizing in natural light. All six drawers open and close with ease and both front facing fixed shelves are structurally sound and weight-bearing. The keys for both functioning locks have been lost to time, however fresh skeleton keys can be fabricated at cost if desired. Please message us prior to checkout to discuss options and pricing. This artfully designed and crafted writer's desk is incredibly functional, structurally sound and ready for a lifetime more of use thanks to it's recent restoration process. Please view all photos and video for details on this desk's current condition. We're limited on the amount of media we can post so additional photos and videos are available upon request. less
