1960 Marc Chagall “ Garden of Eden, Paradise” Framed Color Lithograph 21”X17”
Good vintage condition.
The print is in excellent condition, and both the frame and glass are free from any damage. However, the matting shows signs of sun damage and will need to be replaced, as it was made with non-archival, acidic materials. The paper dust cover on the back of the frame will also require replacement. The frame itself is a beautiful, solid wood original from the 1960s, showcasing classic mid-century design.

Titled “Garden of Eden” or “Paradise” by Marc Chagall (1887–1985), this piece is part of a series of 24 lithographs commissioned by Antoinie Tériade for Dessins pour la Bible (Drawings for the Bible). It was published in Verve Magazine, Volume X, and printed by Mourlot Frères in Paris circa 1960.
