A small-scale gueridon table from France, 19th century, offering three display shelves. Each tier is crowned with a pierced brass gallery mounted to the wood frame holding an inset marble disc for displaying small treasures or resting one’s beverage. The tripod, mahogany frame is constructed of flat legs that angle outward and taper at the floor. Perfect as an occasional drinks table between a pair of chairs!
