Ring A 400 halogen table lamp, designed by Bruno Gecchelin and produced by Arteluce, 1979.
Like described in a Arteluce catalogue: "Desk or table adjustable lamp, giving direct light with 220 V halogen bulb. Base, stem and adjustable reflector in enameled metal. The reflector support, incorporating switch and light intensity regulator as standard, can be rotated on the stem through 360 degrees."
The lamp was produced in several colours; the lamp on offer is maybe the -most striking- scarlet enameled version. I have official proof of authenticity such as vintage catalogs,
