Our wooden trays are cleaned with natural ingredients and they are sold without waxing or any kind of sealing.
We recommend to clean it with lemon and salt and avoid soaking in water. Don’t use the pizza board for cutting raw meat on it. For using as a serving tray you can place a piece of baking paper on top of the board. If you would like to seal the wood, use a food grade butcher block conditioner of your choice.
