Dating back to the early 1800s, this set of 10 chairs features a pierced crest rail adorned with intricately carved looped rope motifs and a splat designed as a double triangle with an oval center ring. Scrolled arms frame caned seats that were refreshed within the past 20 years, seamlessly blending with the original design. The circular, tapered bamboo-turned legs provide sturdy support, while hand-painted cherubs holding a lyre add an elegant and artistic touch. The custom seat cushions are less than a year old.
