One sofa is in EXCELLENT CONDITION Second sofa is VISIBLY PRISTINE, but had some repair done to it underneath the sofa itself. A sturdy base was added underneath the original base containing the springs, in order to uplift the cushion to its original height and spring compression, instead of new webbing. Feels LIKE NEW when sitting on it. less
