Classic Mid Century Scandinavian Modern sofa made in Norway by LK. Hjelle (unmarked) circa 1950/60's. The sofa features a curvaceous upholstered shell on an elegant sculptural teak base, with exposed teak armrests.
This example is in excellent, original condition, structurally sound and sturdy. The tweed fabric shows signs minimal signs of use. Design attributed to Gerhard Berg.
The sofa has been professionally cleaned.
