This wall cabinet was crafted circa 1900 in the Netherlands using a traditional Dutch chip carving technique, in which a knife or chisel is used to remove small chips of wood to create a geometric pattern.
The door opens to reveal a spacious interior with a single adjustable shelf. While missing its original key, most vintage or reproduction barrel keys should fit the lock, and the door can be opened without the use of a key.
