The vase's … more This porcelain vase was designed by Michael Boehm and Rosemonde Nairac for Rosenthal's Studio Linie in the 1970s. The vase's bold elliptical shape is intersected by a rectangular base. An incised line traces the top of the base into the vase's facade separating the two distinct shapes. The white surface of the vase is decorated with a series of dynamically slanted, colorful rectangles, each outlined in dove grey. Perfectly suited to display floral arrangements, this vase is also a striking object in its own right. Stamped "Rosenthal Studio Linie Michael Boehm" on the underside and signed "R.M. Nairac".
