Roche Bobois Mah jong sofa consiting of 15 pieces designed in 1971 by Hans Hopfer. High quality fabric, beautiful vibrant fabrics , textures and colours all made in Italy. All cushions are signed with Roche bobois and some are from the Kenzo Takada collection. Kenzo Takada, “the most Parisian of Japanese designers”, has created a unique and exceptional collection of fabrics and ceramics for Roche Bobois.
To ‘dress' the Mah Jong modular sofa, Takada took inspiration from ancient kimonos.
This is a modular design sofa with unlimited options which can be altered to your living space.
Consisting of 5 back pieces (including 1 corner element) and 10 floor cushions.
Very good condition with some small traces of use consitent with age.
