Built in 1892, Sloppy Joe's is a historic bar in Key West, Florida. Famous writer, Ernest Hemingway, was a regular patron of the bar in the 1930s. Every July, the bar hosts Hemingway Days, which is an annual celebration of Hemingway's life, including a Hemingway Look-Alike Contest. In 2006, Sloppy Joe's was added to the National Register of Historic Places.
