The glass has an iridescent pearl-like quality with ripples which changes the opacity of the glass. When the light shines through the glass it throws warm amber tones. It is newly rewired and takes 8 candelabra bulbs (Max 480 Watts). The hanging height can be adjusted to suit your requirements (currently hangs at 56"H). less
