This contemporary oil painting is part of my petals collection, a loose interpretation of petals on water. The oil painting is on a hardboard canvas panel with some nice texture in the oil paint, varnished for protection. The vintage solid wood frame is lovely, very heavy, with lots of character and patina and is a soft ivory white color. Please note these older frames have areas where the paint and gold leaf has flaked off or is worn.
We look for frames like this that tell a story.
The overall size of the piece is 14"x16" with the inner oil painting at 8"x10". Ready to hang, signed on the back. less
