- Longcase clock Epoch & style: 18th-19th century Features - Origin probably from southern Germany - Body made of solid oak … more Longcase clock Epoch & style: 18th-19th century Features - Origin probably from southern Germany - Body made of solid oak - Simple and delicate design - Painted dial with Roman numerals - Glazed door in front of the dial - Arched headboard - Double-coffered door in the middle with carved Diamonds on panels and in the base element - a box on each side for swinging the pendulum - including pendulum and weights - brass door handles - Body can be dismantled into three parts for transport. The grandfather clock is in good condition with age-related signs of wear. We have not tested the watch for functionality. We would be happy to put you in touch with a watchmaker.
