freestanding danish mid-century modern writing desk model fm 58 (extra long) in teak designed by danish architect kai kristiansen and manufactured by feldballes møbelfabrik, denmark.
this is an extra large version of the model 59 with a total width of 180 centimeters.
floating desktop rests on four rounded tapered legs and two small cones in solid teak. Front features one drawer section with three drawers and one section with large drawer for hanging folders and pull out worktop.
sculpted eyelid pulls in solid teak. Top drawer is lockable. Two keys are included. Opposite are two lockable cabinets and one open compartment for use as a bookcase or display.
