This particular bookcase comes from the late 1980s … more Early Suvretta bookcase, designed by Ettore Sottsass in 1981 for Memphis Milano.
This particular bookcase comes from the late 1980s and is marked with the original Memphis Milano metal plate.
It is made of wood covered with decorative laminate (Abet Laminati), partly with the well known 'Bacterio' design, also by Ettore Sottsass. The shelves are in vibrant green. They alternate in an inclined and vertical manner, generating a simple and dynamic composition emphasized by the white background and framed by the decoration of the laminate.
