The chairs are hand-crafted from … more Beautiful set of six baroque style hand-carved dining chairs designed by Ralph Lauren for Henredon. The chairs are hand-crafted from fruitwood and maple. The set includes four side chairs and two host armchairs and measure 25.5 inches wide. The chairs have generous sized, leather covered seats and arm rests with studded nailhead trim. The distressed leather is a warm honey color, a classic design signature of Ralph Lauren who often mixes relaxed rustic with the highly refined. The seats are supported by stunning baroque style barley twist legs and stretchers. The large chair backs are topped with a wood carved heraldic crest. The chairs are upholstered with a tapestry fabric in a floral bouquet design of peonies, delphinium and roses in the colors of lavender, blush pink, sage greens, soft tan, muted reds and a touch of cornflower blue. The chair backs are finished with a sage colored rope trim. The colors are truly stunning! This set is from a San Francisco estate. less
