Description: Large scale Danish club or lounge chair made in the late 1930s. The chair is very similar to Fritz Hansen's … more Large scale Danish club or lounge chair made in the late 1930s. The chair is very similar to Fritz Hansen's model 1518 with a little bit more upright front. It is not unlikely that this could be an earlier version of the classic model 1518 which was launched in the early 1940s. This chair is superbly comfortable with a very strong presence to anchor any room. The leather remains supple with nice wear and patina and the chair was likely reupholstered at a later point.
