This tray/bonsai planter exudes various textures from ceramic and smooth metal. A one inch embossed ceramic rim with intricate embellishment designs is hand washed in dark forest green. There's a one inch solid brass band surrounding all sides at the base with brass bun feet. A hand etched fire-breathing dragon encompasses the milky white interior base of the tray. (interior depth, 2 inches). The vessel was hand made and in the collection of Los Angeles company of Lewis and Hillgen. Makers mark on the interior is stamped "LH-Mingline" which was part of their collection.
