Set of three Louis XVI clock and chandeliers. It is a set made of gilded bronze and black marble applications.
The clock features a very elegant French statue in patinated bronze and marble, of a beautiful maiden, attributed to Pierre-Louis Detrier. The statue stands on a beautiful scalloped base with a mottled border where the beautiful lady stands. The maiden is wrapped in a beautifully executed flowing patinated bronze dress and puts her hand around her neck. The beautiful maiden is supported by an elegant fluted circular column with floral and finely detailed garlands and two charming birds in love at the base. The set of candlesticks are raised on legs designed in the shape of an animal claw with figures of faces in golden broce and with a design in the shape of cups or amphorae that start towards the stepped candles to place the candles.
