The very elegant piece of furniture has two drawers which are housed in the frames carved into the uprights and chains, the typical carved Greek key in the base while the applied galls on the edges outline the piece of furniture (one missing); turned and gouged feet, one lock missing. Neoclassicism in Parma is very early thanks to the presence of the French court and the court architect Ennemond Alexandre Petitot. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
