Gleaning 61 is part of the Gleaning series inspired by Agnes Varda's documentary "Les Glaneurs et la Glaneuse". This work was created using cotton for the warp and, following the "gleaning" approach, yarns deriving from other weaving works were selected and used to create the geometric inserts in the weft.
