Lovely pair of vintage Fostoria Glass Company . You'll get a round bowl with starburst on the bottom and an oval bowl with transparent bottom. All in very good condition. No chips or cracks. Some surface scratches.
The AMERICAN pattern, introduced in 1915, is still being produced by Lancaster Colony (who bought the Fostoria company in 1983), making it the most successful pattern in the history of glass making. Fostoria’s business peaked in 1950 when they made over 8 million pieces of glass.
The round bowl is 8" inn diameter and 3 5/8" high
The oval bowl is 11 5/8" wide, 7 1/2" deep and 3" high
