This marvelous American Brilliant cut crystal decanter is created with a substantial handle which has intricate cuts to facilitate grip … Read more This marvelous American Brilliant cut crystal decanter is created with a substantial handle which has intricate cuts to facilitate grip and a gracious spout to facilitate a clean pour. The beautiful body of the decanter is cut with an intricate pattern, possibly the Mars pattern from Pitkin and Brooks, which was in production in 1907. The base of the decanter has the same intricate pattern. The marvelous stopper has a faceted ball and tapered neck that ends in the "cork." There are no hallmarks. Measurements for this fabulous creation are: Decanter height with stopper=11 1-2/ inches, Width at widest=5-1/2 inches, Stopper length=4-1/4 inches, Diameter=2 inches. This marvelous cut crystal glass decanter and stopper have been well cared for, gently used and is in excellent antique condition, free from chips, cracks, discoloration or other imperfections. The stopper edge that faces into the bottle has light scratching only visible under magnification, commensurate with age and use. Please review photographs for additional information.
