" This handsome figurine shows a military officer in Calvary dress from the Napoleonic Wars and is hand-painted, signed by the artist porcelain worked and decorated by hand in every detail, signed by the great artist " B.Merli ". This beautiful creation dates to a production in the 1980s. The colors are vivid and design has rigorous respect to the original uniform of the time. The face is very expressive and brings this officer to life. There is a sword at this soldier's side, attached with a wire hook. The gilded base has the Napoleonic "N." Hallmarks are: N with a crown, indicating Capodimonte. Measurements for this fabulous creation are: Height=11 inches, Width=2-1/2 inches, Depth=2-1/2 inches.
