Beautiful, antique, early Venetian / Murano hand blown green and gold flecks Italian art glass seashell decoration decorative table object / card holder / goblet. Documented to the Salviati company, circa 1890-1900. The stem of the piece is made in 2 parts with a ribbed surface, and 2 ornate handles on each side. The entire piece is profusely covered in gold leaf. Would make a great piece on any desk, or vanity. Display it as a sculptural piece, as a table accent, or in your curio cabinet. Late Victorian, Art Nouveau era. Measures 7 1/4" tall x 3" wide.
