Photographer: Brassaï (pseudonym of Gyula Halász, 1899 – 1984) - historically important Hungarian born photographer, sculptor and filmmaker who rose to fame in France. Among his friends and associates were many of the greatest names in art and literary history whom he would photograph throughout his career.
