Description: Wonderfully evocative children's plates with molded daisy decoration and dedications in old dutch: 'aan myne kleine vriendin": "to my little … more Wonderfully evocative children's plates with molded daisy decoration and dedications in old dutch: 'aan myne kleine vriendin": "to my little friend"; "aan mynen broeder": "to my brother"; "aan myne zuster": "to my sister"; "ter belooning": "as present". The bigger daisies at each corner have been highlighted with pink/copper luster.
These plates are antique: probably ca. 1870.

Great wall decor item for either domestic or hospitality use. It would look great on the wall of nursery room or girl's room either in a group or together with other plates or artwork.
They can of course also used for serving food, in which case we recommend hand washing using non abrasive pad and gentle soap: these plates are 126 years old! less
