Description: An ornate silverplated basket with a cranberry glass insert which was used for jam. The stand has 12 prongs to … more An ornate silverplated basket with a cranberry glass insert which was used for jam. The stand has 12 prongs to hold jam spoons on the mouth of the basket. I love the leaf motif that holds up the ring of spoons.

The frame has a floral design on the band that holds the spoons. The handle is twisted metal with three flowers as a finial. A lobed cranberry glass bowl with a silver plated lid rests inside the frame. The lid has an ornate finial with a circular wheel look. The basket has four floral feet to elevate the basket. Both the bowl and the lid appear to be original to the piece.

The words TRIO QUADRUPLE are stamped into the underside of the frame.

MEASUREMENTS
6 in (15.2 cm) diameter x 12 in (30.4 cm) tall. Weighs 1 lb 7.0 oz (650 g)
