On the reverse shows the Washington in Glory transfer and under the spout the original owners name with an eagle and shield under. Very unusual to see the clouds above the ship in this transfer. Very nice condition with a small hairline near the handle and also a crows foot on the base that doesn’t come through to the inside. Top rim also has a in the making imperfection to the pottery where is appears slightly rough but certainly doesn’t detract from this piece. It measures 9 1/8” tall and dates circa 1800. less
